What happens next?

Once your request is submitted, I will review your idea and get back to you with availability, pricing, and design direction. Due to high demand, not all requests may be accepted. Priority is given to projects that align with my style.

Deposit T&Cs

All deposits, once received, are non-refundable (Under no circumstances will a deposit be refunded once paid, this includes falling ill). For re-bookings you must provide 72-hours’ notice of the change of appointment, otherwise you will need to make an entirely new booking with an additional deposit.

Moreover, our re-booking policy is that customers are granted one opportunity to re-book their appointment (in accordance with the 72-hour re-booking policy) but any further requests to change the appointment date / time will not be accepted and the deposit will be surrendered.

All bookings can be re-booked at any time but will incur an additional deposit if the 48-hour re-booking notice is not complied with.

We work on a first in first served basis so please keep in mind that unless a deposit has been paid we can not save your booking.
